There’s no better way to win over the hearts and minds of Reds fans then to talk a bunch of trash about the tragic events of April 15th, 1989. Well Alex Beam, you’ve just become enemy number one. Ring up Steven Cohen and ask him how spreading rumors and lies about the deaths of 96 people we all hold near and dear to our hearts turned out. You can find him down at the unemployment office.
This piece of toilet journalism, which I refuse to quote from lest I lower my IQ even more, was printed earlier today and has raised the hackles of millions of Reds living in England and abroad. We’re not putting up with this, obviously. If you choose to let the man himself know how you feel about his pious remarks you can reach him at beam@globe.com. Those of you who’d rather not address this moron directly, you can still voice your opinions at letter@globe.com and let those in charge of the Boston Globe know that Mr. Beam needs to get his facts straight before printing such ignorant, misinformed, insensitive garbage.
I sincerely hope that Mr. Beam takes the time to educate himself on such sensitive topics before spouting off on them in the future. 96 people dead? That’s nothing to take lightly.
JUSTICE FOR THE 96
-steven.
