In light of the recent News Of The World scandal, UK singer/songwriter/activist/rabble rouser Billy Bragg has released a song called Never Buy The Sun lambasting the worst tabloid scum on the planet over their devious behavior. Standing by itself, it’s a class song that addresses a number of issues everyone should be appalled by but name dropping Scousers and their refusal to buy into this rag of a mag gives the song a little extra punch. The song is available for as a free download, with some Dylanesque organ, for the time being onhis website and a video of an acoustic version has popped up all over the place.
