Last match of the season and nothing left to play for. Ownership issues, a manager that might be jumping jumping ship shortly and a swirling cloud of doom and gloom is exactly how a Sunday morning should be spent. If that doesn’t motivate me to exit my Gin induced stupor and jump right out of bed first thing then nothing will. Thankfully, we’ve got Hull City tomorrow and despite our pantomime injuries and overall lack of gumption we’ve still got an overwhelming chance of ending this season on a high note. Will I be there? With a bottle of Advil, some V8 and a big red blanket….
In two weeks I’m going to be bitching and moaning about not being able to watch the ‘Pool, so I’ll drag my ass out of the warm bed and onto the internets. You might reference the upcoming World Cup as a reason to be optimistic but I support England1 so you can keep your trap shut as far as I’m concerned. As entertaining as watching them go out on penalties is going to be, it’s still not the same.
This might be a match that means nothing to no one but I’ll confess I’m still looking forward to it2. After a fantasy run in the EPL, Hull has been relegated to the wilderness of the Fizzy Pop Kick-About League and we’ve got, at the very least, 7th place on lock down. Should Villa lose or draw with Blackburn, we’re staying in 6th and avoiding a Europa League Qualifier. Now excuse with I go brush my teeth3.
They’ve got injuries, a player suspended for headbutting and Ian Dowie4 at the helm. We’ve got the best holding midfielder in the World playing right back, an Italian star who can’t get a break and a serious inferiority complex. How could this not be anything but entertaining?
-steven.

Shew one more..
What a shite result, and thats the end to a very traumatic season. I couldnt find much info about the youngster Jack Robinson though he appeared to be playing out wide on the left and what do you make of this at the final whistle:

Well, fans belong in the stands, not on the pitch.
I agree with that and i dont see too much wrong with what stevie did, id just like to know why there werent any stewards around him. What do you make of young robinson?
Searched and searched and couldn’t ever find a stream, so I went to bed.
Lol thats 1 way to deal with that..i did the same thing, its a bit of a bizarre situation we suddenly see a player we havent heard anything about. I dont remember seeing him in any of the reserve matches either.
