John Barnes Talks Sense About Racism

John Barnes managed to make more sense in 5 minutes than any reporter or journalist has done since the beginning of the Suarez debacle. Watch the Sky interview below.

  • Chris T Owen

Suarez judged on a hunch and a probability. So, Not guilty until proven guilty. The CPS unlike the JT case do not want to know about this incident. FA going on a witch hunt to show tough on Racist remarks. Even the accuser, Evra, says Suarez is not a racist. Seeing the video of Evra and how openly he uses the N***r  word makes me think I could not trust him with UTD captain’s arm band. A bad example SAF.   I can see why KK believes what Suarez says and not what 10 ten times Evra makes up. When are the FA going to prove the 7 times they quoted. The FA wanted an example to show they are tough on racist comments. They are a joke.

EXCELLENT!!!!! EXCELLENT FROM BARNES!!!!! THIS IS SOMETHING WE SHOULD TEACH MEDIA… but then again they want to sell papers…

  • James Jackson

I fully agree Chris T..   Furthernore, the FA like Evra did not think Suarez is a racist. If people want proof of how the precise number of SEVEN was arrived at they should not hold their breath . Is that another of their probabilties?. Let us have the proof. Thousands out there believe Suarez and not the video star PE. KK is just one of many who support the Suarez version.

  • Chris T Owen

Well spoken John  Barnes.   One man’s word against another man’s word is not proof of anything. The FA could have just as easily  supported the word of Suarez without the required proof. However, that might have shown Mr Blatter that they are weak on such matters, so throw Suarez to the press and Man U supporters.. No proof = no decision.

Well done John Barnes – life goes on outside of football stadiums, only long term education will work – and communication

Theres dignity for you.Summed up to perfection by JB.

Well said.  Wonder why Evra is so sensitive and feeling inferior because of the color of his skin?  Being what he is now, he is much better off than any white skins around him… so what is the problem being black?
