The attacker, who was just recently named Nigerian Footballer of the Year and is a nominee for the BBC African Footballer of the Year, moved to Merseyside during the summer after seeing his chances of first team football in London wilt under returning manager Jose Mourinho; despite not finding as much playing time as expected with a fit again Philippe Coutinho keeping him out of the starting eleven, Moses is still hopeful that his target is obtainable. “When I first came, I was starting. Now, the manager has got a different view and he wants to mix things around a little bit,” said the Nigerian, who despite feeling frustrated on the bench, has refused to have a go at the manager. “I just have to be patient until my time comes.
