If reports in the media are anything to go by then Liverpool want to hire the services of a Spanish winger.
According to Sport Bild (via Sport Witness), Liverpool are chasing the signature of Valencia attacker Ferran Torres.
The renowned German news outlet have claimed that Borussia Dortmund are also interested in the the 19-year-old starlet, who is valued at 20 million euros, and Liverpool are providing serious competition to the Bundesliga side.
It must be remembered that Torres, whose contract will expire in 2021, has got a huge release clause (Sport) of 100 million euros (£86million).
The teenage winger made his debut for the La Liga club back in 2017 and he has already played 64 times for them.
The youngster mainly plays on the right wing for the Mestalla club and in the current campaign, so far, he has only provided a single assist in 6 league starts.
Scenario at Liverpool:
At Anfield, star Egyptian, Mohamed Salah is our first choice right winger and in all honesty, the African attacker is irreplaceable in the starting XI.
As far as the backup is concerned, Shaqiri did well as a super sub in the last campaign but this season, he has mostly been on the treatment table.
Not to forget, we do have Sadio Mane, who mainly played on the right flank before the arrival of Salah.
Have your say – Do Liverpool need to improve the depth of their right wing?
