How Much Longer Until Benteke Is A Liverpool Player?

There has been a lot of talk about Christian Benteke and his imminent arrival at Melwood. We have gone through all the various ITK’s phases, right up to the point where we know for a fact that Liverpool have offered Aston Villa 32.5 Million which has triggered Benteke’s release clause.

Now I use the term know for a fact rather loosely, because the club itself has said not a single thing about any of our transfers, until they have been done. Hooray for the good old Liverpool Way. But if reliable sources are to be believed, it is about as a sure thing as one gets in the transfer market. So where is the announcement?

Well if sources are to be believed, it is meant to be done right now, or tomorrow, or by the end of the week. But it is all done, except for the leaning of course, which just so happens to be the moment we all know for a fact that it has been done.

Leaning photos or it never happened!

So what do we do now, while we wait?

Can we maybe have a look at Liverpool train in Malaysia? Or better still, actually watch them play a friendly against a side that has been decimated by some sort of political intervention? Well, if I was you, I might just have a read of these awesome stats about how good Benteke actually is by Andrew Beasley . And if you are still looking for things to do, you could always watch Benteke score goals to a really bad techno soundtrack.

Either way, I’m pretty certain that it won’t be long now.

Wish Liverpool would hurry up and sign him.

I hope this doesn’t turn out like our Loic Remy transfer.

Liverpool only have a basic current account so therefore running into difficulties in transferring money in 1000 batches

Benteke is a class act. A long-awaited hero to save LFC from humiliation of the past season.
However I fully agree with DUFFER, he’s not a liverpool player yet.
The medical team at LFC is embarassing. loic remy is scoring goals whenever selected by Mourinho. The medical team didn’t find anything wrong with Sturridge while we were to sign him despite his medical records speaks for itself.

Don’t hold your breath – you’ll be cobwebs in a box by the time ‘deed is done’!! If Liverpool want him , buy and pay for him; if they don’t then don’t buy him and don’t pay for him… Business is an easy thing made complicated by all those trying to line their pockets on the side….

Why would LFC carry out his medical in London? Don’t they have any doctors in Liverpool? I am not sure the whole thing is not an April 1st and all the writers are laughing their little socks off!! Bigger April 1st jokes have been pulled by the media…
